Damaged product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please send us a video or photo for evaluation, and we will arrange a replacement.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

  • Personalized items and gifts cannot be exchanged.

  • Custom products (with name, number, or championship patches) cannot be exchanged or canceled unless defective.

  • Exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer's responsibility.

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to misuse or outside the specified return period.

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the delivery is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, JerseyZoneStore is not responsible.

Refund processing times

  • Refund approvals take up to 7 business days.

  • Credit card refunds may take 30 to 90 days.

  • PayPal refunds will be processed according to PayPal's policies.
